Cockburn Central is a government-led development project aimed at creating a regional town centre for Perth's southern suburbs along Kwinana Freeway.

 

The area features a vibrant mix of residential, retail, and commercial properties, adjacent to Cockburn Central Train Station and close to Fiona Stanley Hospital, offering potential for long and short-term rental accommodation for hospital staff and visitors.

 

Key projects include the State's aquatic and training centre, a new Docker's playground, and Perth's first wave park.
